News from the Team

Hello everyone,

It's been real busy here at the brewery, so the newsletters have been somewhat lagging.

We have expanded. We now have two connecting suites which has doubled our size, a larger tasting room area and a new tasting room bar.

Why have we expanded? We're awaiting our new brewhouse and tanks. Once installed we will be able to increase our production by more than 10 times the amount we can currently produce. This will allow us to increase the locations that will have our brews on tap.

This weekend, we will be at the OC Brew Haha supporting the Fallen Firefighters Association (Z) which will be held at Hidden Valley Park on September 11th from 11:00 to 3:00. Come out and support this charity event.

What's on the Wall?

This is where we list the current beers on tap at the brewery. There will always be our flagship brews as well as seasonal brews, special event brews and experimental brews, which will only be for tasting and not sold in pubs or even growlers. This is where we will let you tell us if it's a go or no go.

Currently on Tap:

Fallen Angel Blonde Ale, a great transition beer for those new to crafted beers
Warlock IPA, a nice balanced IPA that is a award-winning recipe
Obadiah Poundage Porter, for those that like a that's beer a little darker and not too hoppy this is for you
Raven Stout, an oatmeal stout with just a hint of vanilla bean.
Friar Bob's Raspberry Wheat, a hint of Raspberry in this American-style wheat beer
Devil's Double, Belgian Style Dubbel, medium dark ale, made with Belgian Candied Sugar
Four Headed Hefeweizen, a German style wheat beer with hints of banana and clove.

1st Annual Craft Brewing Company Oktoberfest

September 25th and 26th, 12:00pm to 6:00 pm both days

Craft Brewing Company will be celebrating Oktoberfest this year. The first annual Oktoberfest will be celebrated on the weekend of September 25th and 26th.

We will have Big Jim's Grill providing German style food, a DJ doing German Folklore music and of course a mix of other tunes to listen to as well.

We will be premiering 3 new ales for this this celebration. O'zapft! Oktoberfest Lager 6.0%- O'zapft! means loosely "It's Tapped", Minim Dopplebock Lager 10.5%- Minim was the Roman Catholic order of monks that first brewed this beer, Kobold Kolsch Ale 5.0%- kobold is a sprite stemming from Germanic mythology and surviving into modern times in German folklore, and still on tap Four Headed Hef, our German style hefeweizen.

Entry to the the celebration will be $20.00. You will get a commemorative glass, two 16 oz. fills, a bratwurst, a 2 for 1 tasting ticket (to be used on your next visit) and music.
Come celebrate with us.

Cheers!
