News from the Team

Hello everyone,

We are expanding again and have taken yet another suite in our building. We now have three connecting suites which has tripled our size. With the soon to be arriving new brewhouse and supporting equipment, we realized that we just didn't have enough room.  By adding the additional space we can start producing much more product and venture into different areas of packaging our product.

Our new bar is in place giving us a much larger area to serve our customers during our tasting room hours.  For those that haven't stopped by to see it, please do. If you can't stop by, you can see a picture of it in the gallery on our website.

If you haven't noticed, the Growler Newsletter has a new look. This new look happens to match our new website, which is now in place.  We will be adding new features to it over the next few months so keep checking the website for news and updates.  The twitter section is real time just like the events section.

What's on the Wall?

This is where we list the current beers on tap at the brewery. There will always be our flagship brews as well as seasonal brews, special event brews and experimental brews, which will only be for tasting and not sold in pubs or even growlers. This is where we will let you tell us if it's a go or no go.

Currently on Tap:

Warlock IPA, a nice balanced IPA that is an award-winning recipe
Obadiah Poundage Porter, for those that like a beer that's a little darker and not too hoppy
Friar Bob's Raspberry Wheat, a hint of Raspberry in this American-style wheat beer
Devil's Double, Belgian Style Dubbel, a medium dark ale, made with Belgian candied sugar

Seasonal Ale on Tap:

Twelfth Night Spiced Ale, an english style malt beer with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ginger root. Just like home made pumpkin pie. This beer will be here only until the end of the year.

1st Annual Craft Brewing Company Oktoberfest Thanks to everyone

Thanks to all those that attended our first annual Oktoberfest.  It went over very well and we all had a great time.  Looking forward to next year's 2nd Annual Oktoberfest.

Our first year!

It's hard to believe, but it's been one year since Craft Brewing Company was started.  Most of you know that we opened to the public in March of this year, but the actual concept and commitment to create the company occurred last year in the middle of October.  That's when Kirk, Bob, Kevin and Tim made the decision to launch Craft Brewing Company in Lake Elsinore, CA.  We would like to thank all those involved who have assisted us and helped us through this year.  Especially family and friends that have gone above and beyond to get us going and continue to help.  Thanks to all our customers who have become regulars and continue to support us.

Holidays quickly approaching

Here we are just a few weeks away from Thanksgiving and then right into Christmas.  We will be observing the holidays here at the brewery.  We will be closed Thanksgiving day but opening on Friday the day after.  The tasting room will be closed for both Christmas and New Years.  So if you are planning on taking growlers home for the holidays, be sure to get by the brewery and stock up.

Cheers!
